- No payment credit or makeup lessons will be provided for students who fail to provide 24 hours notice in advance, except in cases of sickness or emergency.
- Lessons canceled with twenty-four 24 hours advance notice should be rescheduled first. Student teachers will also be available for more flexibility.
- No credit will be given for no-shows or tardiness.
- Any lessons missed by the instructor due to illness or emergency will be rescheduled as soon as possible. In case of extended time-off, arrangement for a substitute teacher can be provided upon request.
- Each student has a reserved lesson time, and is responsible for that time. In the event that you need to miss a lesson, please give as much advanced notice as possible. - Please be prompt, well prepared, and with their assignment books and music. Lesson times cannot be extended for students who arrive late.
- All students must have a piano or digital piano for home practice. The quality of the instrument plays a significant role in students potential for success. Acoustic pianos should be tuned at least once a year. If you prefer a digital piano, please invest in a full-size keyboard with weighted, touch-sensitive 88 keys and pedals.
- Regular daily practice is essential for student success. Time will vary according to assignments and student levels. Daily practice sessions are more effective than one or two long sessions per week. The most important time for students to practice is right after their weekly lesson when they still have fresh memory of what they have just learned.
Photos of students and video and audio recordings of student performances may appear in print or online for promotional and lessons materials. They are much appreciated. But parents wishing to exempt their students from any published media may do so anytime by providing a written request. Identification will be excluded or limited to first names only.

Pik has been a wonderful teacher. She takes the time to get to know her students and makes every session fun. Our daughter who is 10 is just starting out with learning piano and she enjoys her time with Pik. We look forward to seeing more recitals and watching our daughter progress. Thank you Pik, for all your effort

Ms. Pik Wong has been my son's piano teacher since 2007 and has become an integral part of his education and self expression. Her consistently patient demeanor coupled with her keen ear and sensitivity to her students is evident to all. It is her kindness, creativity and gentle correction that have kept my son engaged and motivated to continue his musical education journey with her through the years. I have enthusiasticaly recommended her to my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so in the future

Ms Pik Wong was referred to us by a family friend. We heard nothing but good words about her. Our son started when he was 6 years old so we were picky when it comes to his first piano lesson. With his age, he was hard to sit still. For him, 30 minutes takes forever but Pik was so patient with him and makes sure that he learn in his own pace and makes his piano lessons interesting. Our son really likes her and looks forward to his weekly lessons. He has been to the Annual Piano Recitals twice and has even joined his school's Talent Show which helped him overcome shyness and improved his self confidence. Even though we live 20 minutes away and our round trip takes longer than his lesson, it is so worth it. We have recommended her to family and friends. She is an amazing and talented piano teacher.

Pik has been our piano teacher for six years. She teaches five of our children ages 13-6 years old and is extremely patient and kind. She makes lessons fun and also challenges them enough to bring out their full potential. We are so thankful to have her as their teacher. She has made piano lessons such a positive experience for our family!
